Requests
A text line with a public clock.
Text (925) 291-4550 in English, Spanish, Arabic or Tagalog. Every text gets a case number and a public timer. You get a real reply within one business day, or the scorecard shows that you didn't.
Accountability
Every candidate makes promises. If you elect me, you won't have to file a records request to know who I work for. I built a site where every meeting, every call and every vote is logged, timestamped and public: councilmembercroskey.org. It works today, before the election, so you can try it.
On October 17 I showed it live, with your phone in your hand. The recording is below.

This isn't a slideshow. During the demo I ask you to text the line, watch your case number come back, and see the public clock start. Everything you see is live and working now, not a mockup of what I'd build later.
If something doesn't work the way I said, text (925) 291-4550 and I'll fix it.

Meetings and calls
Who, when, about what, and which agenda items it touched. Developers, lobbyists and organizations are named in full.
Agenda and votes
Each Council item pulled from the City's system, with my position and my reasoning. Once elected, every vote explained on video, searchable by topic.
Privacy
Private residents appear as a first name and the first three letters of a last name: “Maria Gar.” Contact details are never published. If anything is held back, the reason is logged too.
Promises you can measure
A real reply to every resident request within one business day.
Resolved, or passed to the City with a status update, within five business days.
Office hours, posted 30 days ahead and bookable online.
Of my council votes explained on video, searchable by topic.
These numbers are tracked live on a public scorecard. And every change is chained to the one before it with a cryptographic fingerprint that is published each night: if anyone, including me, edits or deletes an old record, the chain breaks and you can prove it. See the public ledger.
I built it myself and paid for it myself; it's reported as an in-kind contribution. It's my personal accountability site, not an official City of Pittsburg site.
Send them the video. One tap and it opens in their app. There's also a Spanish version for neighbors who'd rather watch in Spanish.
